Can I put second ballon after removing the previous one so I can I have full one year experience (6 months for each )

The Spatz balloon is FDA approved for 8 months in the US. Ideally, you’d reach your goal within that timeframe. Technically speaking, yes, a second balloon could be inserted but generally the 2nd course would have less overall impact.

Thx for your response, I really need to start with program through your clinic but I am living in Chicago so do you think that it will be okay for me to travel to North Carolina to start this procedure through your clinic and then i can travel back to Chicago after applying this procedure so the only concern for me in case if I am not feeling well so I will need to travel every time to North Carolina 😢

Certainly. We have patients travel to us from around the country (and world). If you are comfortable with the logistics of that, we can certainly support you. The only in-person visits would be for the balloon insertion and removal. Our program is otherwise virtual, with nutrition and medical visits occurring via telemedicine.

Thx , I am planning to book appointment around June 15 then will travel to North Carolina , is this procedure still available currently? My BMI is 49 so I hope this procedure will be ok for me , I don’t prefer any surgery solutions and I have the ability to do my best and use this procedure as support to me besides the diet plan and exercises
