@nehaparashar4205 I was so panicked about surgery. until the last moment, mentally was not ready for it, God's grace went through good, and the doctor advised me not to bear weight and 0 degree flexibility. Hopefully, from next month, they will start physiotherapy.

Excellent Advice. ACL reconstruction Surgery is a very very crucial surgery. Physiotherapy plays a Vital role. Exercises plays a vital role to become normal. Dont neglect Excercises. I underwent ACL Reconstruction surgery and commited some mistakes after surgery, as the hospital discharged me without in the absence of Doctor and without guidance. Hence, still am paying heavy price even 10 years after Surgery. Still my Leg wont take much weight and maximum weight another leg takes. Because of...?? Neglecting Physiotherapy exercises. Hence, post operative measures must be implemented by the patient. Otherwise.. permanent... disabilty haunts you. This is my experience.

According to me ,he is best doctor in ligamental & other ortho surgeries. I think his & your future are bright in ortho surgery line.I have seen & listen your this vedio with serious &; deep concentration. My number is to you for this fine vedio & my doctor for this fine surgery , 10/10 both of you. Your telling articulation are fine. I am shocked, he didn't even mention blood thinners for atleast 4 weeks to avoid blood clot or thrombosis, that's standard for all patients. Rest he is suggesting the right course of post op procedure. One more thing he is not suggesting is the cold compressions to keep swelling to bear minimum.
