Hello Dr. Nice Explanation. I had side effect with Aspirin. I have taken two times this medicine (Dispirin 325 mg) as a pain killer and each time I had swelling under the left eye.

Dr Sahab, I had underwent mitral valve replacement (mechanical) on 27th Dec, 2017. Thereafter i had been advised to take Clopidogrel 75 mg, Rosuwas 10 mg, nebicard 2.5 mg and Warfarin for life long. I am also suffering with episodes of atrial fibrillation (once in a 4-6 months). Since beginning i have little low blood pressure but following advice I taking these medicines. My cholesterol levels are also maintain and vegetarian foods only. How long should I take these medicines. What are the side effects of these I should be ready to face.

Sir , my father have angioplasty done just 2 month ago . Ticagrelor ( BRILINTA)* 90mg. , atorvastatin 40mg (mankind)*, Aspirin 75 (usv) ki start he. Sir this Brilinta is very costly 32Rs.par/tab. Then, can I take other pharma this same ticagrelor 90 in like this torrent pharma. Or ipca pharma. USV pharma. They have cheaper than Brilinta 90. Please suggest sir. I like your chennal so much . I am aged 70 years having bp and anxiety. Taking Nebistar 2.5 OD in the morning and Amlodepine 2.5 in evening. For anxiety clonazapem 2.5 SOS Doing breathing exercises. Never any heart attack or stroke Doctor recommended me ATORVA 10 and Ecospirin 75 for lifelong but i discontinued aspirin only. Whether it is ok? Please reply🙏

Sir, My Total Cholesterol is 160 mg/dl. HDL is 62 mg/dl. LDL cholesterol direct is 92 mg/dl Triglycerides is 74 mg/dl. But my lipoproetin (a) is 62.34 mg/dl. My Apolipoprotein A 1 is 161 mg/dl. Should I take statin for reducing lipoprotein (a) sir. Because doctor told me to take Rasuvastatin for 15 days. Can I stop statin after 15 days. I never had heart attack before.

You need note to admit in life line hospital, he treated me for 15 days .. He said I m giving you medical list tabs which you have to take daily.. I m taking five tabs daily since than not having any problem..

Sir i have done angioplasty last month on 27th. Can i confrim throgh CT angiography that my stent is working fine and no cloting or blockage their. Basically want to confrim that is the CT angiography is usefull after angioplasty proecdure to know the better status of the blocakage.

But Dr.Sahab prescribed combination of Clopidogrel & Rosuvastatin cap . besides Olkem 20 AM .& Metocard XL 50 tab. I had taken Clopidogrel & Rosuvastatin cap for 2 years .Then local Dr. stopped it. Other, I am taking. Please tell me Clopidogrel should be continued?

Sir,My angioplasty has done in 2002 From last 18 years I was taking concor5 mg morning - ,Ecosprin 75 after lunch- and Avas 10 -in night. From last 2 years I am taking concor 5 mg morning ,and Ecosprin AV 75/20 in night. But In May 22 I fell down and unconscious for 1 -2 minutes and all test like TMT, Echo,holter ,Tilt nd CT scan have been done EF is 60%, holter is normal ,CT scan is normal TMT is normal, but TILT it is showing conciousness when BP was 79/67 Now sometimes BP is 117/79 and some times 132 /80 and pulse rate is 60 to 65 ,lipid profile is normal No sugar weight is 68 kg and height is 170cm Now I have been advised to take medicine as under 1.concor 2.5mg morning after food, 2.Ecosprin AV75/20 in night I am also having Prostate enlargement grade II and taking Rapilif D8 Sometimes constipation Is it ok

Sir, DVT was detected in my legs in the month of June. I did not understood cause for this DVT. Dr has given Acitrom ( 5 mg & 4 mg alternate days) and Diplatta A75 medicine everyday. Sir pain in neck left shoulder back and fast heartbeat with dizziness . heartbeat increase with little exertion or lifting even 2 kg of weight it starts pounding nd sleeping time tooo .Im not feeling energetic like before i start to feel dizzy after doing little work.im 24 have done ecg 2 times it came normal not even sinus tachycardia dont know if the ecg machine was working well should i go for more tests

Sir, Having CHEST PAIN & my ECG report ABNORMAL, as per medicine doctor advised my TROP-T test is NEGATIVE. But medicine doctor advised me to take ASP-10/75 for two months And I take also. After 2 months no improvement found in my chest, and doctor changed the medicine -Rabium 20, Nervmax D & Fuxol M.....SO SIR KINDLY SUGGEST there is any problem for stopping ASP-10/75 as well as new medicine taking or not and what can I do for my chest pain.
