If you want to be emotionally strong then never take responsibility to keep everyone happy. Because in today's time no human being can be happy with any human being. If you close person is upset then do not take responsibility to make them happy. You can clear their doubts only.
3. Don't blame yourself because of others-
If you want to be emotionally strong then never blame yourself for anything. It’s fine if you ever have negative feelings for someone. It is not necessary that every time is your fault. That mistake can also be on the others also. So, never blame yourself because of others.
4. Give time to people to heal themselves-
If someone has blocked you, is not talking to you, is angry with you, then you do not give them any explanation. Emotional people are like this. If no one talks to them, if they find out their mistake, they start crying. So, let the person heal themselves.
5. Don't take things personally-
If a person says something to you, do not be angry about his words. Emotionally people are like this, even if someone is watching them, they feel that they are making fun of it, whereas it does not happen. So don't take things personally.
