What is emotional intelligence or EQ?
Emotional intelligence (otherwise known as emotional quotient or EQ) is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict. Emotional intelligence helps you build stronger relationships, succeed at school and work, and achieve your career and personal goals. It can also help you to connect with your feelings, turn intention into action, and make informed decisions about what matters most to you.

5 Techniques to improve Emotionally Quotient
1. Leave the person who leaves you-
If you want to be emotionally strong, then first of all leave those who have left you. There is no use to go after people who do not understand you. That can only hurt you. You will be emotionally week by the talk of such people, not strong. So, leave the person who leaves you.
2. People know about their feelings, they are responsible for their feelings-
If you want to be emotionally strong then never take responsibility to keep everyone happy. Because in today's time no human being can be happy with any human being. If you close person is upset then do not take responsibility to make them happy. You can clear their doubts only.
3. Don't blame yourself because of others-
If you want to be emotionally strong then never blame yourself for anything. It’s fine if you ever have negative feelings for someone. It is not necessary that every time is your fault. That mistake can also be on the others also. So, never blame yourself because of others.
4. Give time to people to heal themselves-
If someone has blocked you, is not talking to you, is angry with you, then you do not give them any explanation. Emotional people are like this. If no one talks to them, if they find out their mistake, they start crying. So, let the person heal themselves.
5. Don't take things personally-
If a person says something to you, do not be angry about his words. Emotionally people are like this, even if someone is watching them, they feel that they are making fun of it, whereas it does not happen. So don't take things personally.

Madam ...mai shadi k baad se husband k ignorance k sikar hu ...unke 6 sisters hai ..mere two daughters hai ...mere shadi k 25 yrs.hua hai ..mai apni niye kavi sochi hi nhi ..lekin ab mujhe lgta hai ki govt above 50yrs.ladies k liye kuch jobs k chance de to jine k sahara mil jaye .

Mam same problem suffer kr rahi hu , galti dono ki hai , aur phir bhi dono sath hai , dono ki na mental condition ekdm khrab ho gayi , aage wala insaan sath hokar bhi kbhi ekdm acchya bolta hai , achank se etna bura krh deta hai aur etna bura kr deta hai ki main khood ko kosti hu ki kya galti kar di maine life mein aage wala ka ek bhi pre clear ho nahi raha hai, mera pre clear hota hai lekin mein etni emotional fool hu ki mein etna toot jati hu ki muze koi nhi sambhl skta, sab khtm ho gya lgta hai , khana nhi khati,bathroom tak nhi jaati , der raat sirf aasman ko dekh kr , maa ka chehra dekhkar roti rehti hu , suicide krne ke khyal aate hai , lekin marne ke baad meri maa khood ko kosti rahegi, log use harbar kuch n kuch kehkar roj har minute usko maar denge ..ye din bhi cut jayenge aise bolkar main jinda hu , aagewale ki koi shart nhi hai shadi kro , woh bhi same situation main hai , usko lagta hai etne saal eske piche barbaad kiye, usko lagta hai maine uska time liya , woh acchya insaan hai , muze lga main uske pas jaungi woh iss sadme se ubhar aayega , stdy pe focus krega ,.. ma'am isme dono ke saal barbaad ho gaye , kuch baar dhamki bhi mili sab ghr bta dunga , woh bta denga aue nhi ye alag baat hai ,lekin uskr ye shbd raat din har wakt kaan main ghumte rahte hai , kuch bhi future dikhayi nhi deta ,haa mrri galtiya hai , phir bhi uske sath khadi hu ..kyonki wo jitna tuta hai uski sambhal saku , lekin ma'am main kam pad jaati hu , bed par sote sote din cut jate hain , aage wala insaan muzse baat krta hai Lekin muze kisise baat nhi krni hoti sivaay meri behen ki 1.5 saal ki beti , main kahi baar mere icchya kr bina aise situation ka samna bhi kiya hai ki thik hai bolkar , i dont know main kiss disha main jaa rahi hu , kuch bhi pta nhi muze , pura toot gayi hu .. practical bhi ho jati hu jo ho rha hai thik hai par nhi ho pata ma'am, aage wala acchya behave krti hu tab bhi galiya deta hai aur jbb galiya deni nahi hoti tab khud uski life ke baare mein bolne siru kr deta hai , main phir 0 par hi aakar rukti hu, tbb lagta hai kya phayda khud ko etna strong banane ka , jbb bhi toot jati hu , abhi bhi tuti hokar hi baithi hu , ..ek step aage badhau to mnn mein khayal ata hai phir wapas 0 par hi aana hai ..mnn krta hai jaan dedu aur sab jaakar maa ko bta du , usne muze maara pita , kich bhi kiya to bhi chalega lekin air nhi saha jaata , aisi bhi baate hai jisme maine ise cooperate karna try kiya lekin nhi ho pata ma'am , i dont know what i do ma'am , i really dont know, muzi kisi ki zindagi nhi barbaad krni ,main khood ki to kar rahi hu , lekin disra jab kehta hai tab main toot jati hu, ijjat jaan se bhi pyari hai, bahot negative khyal aa rahe hai ..aur iss situation main aage wala kehta hai gs 2 ka batch lelo , lashai kro, lectures dekho ..officer bano ,rank 1 lao ..kya chl raha hai mere life mein ma'am, maine dono ki life ki dhajjiya uda li..future kya hoga , iska khayal bhi nhi aata , kyonki main jinda hungi ya nhi muze nhi pta , mein kuch der akeli rahi to sach mein jaan de dungi etna muze khud ka dar lagta hai ..muze aage wala apna dukj batata hai aur muze lagta hai ye sab meri wajah se ho raha hai , mein past chli jaati hu , kron meie iss insaan ne baat ki , aur baar baar ki, sab seh liya , sabkuch , aur nhi hota ..main aapko call par bol sakti hu kya , ? Zindagi me paise na hona isse bada dukh koi nah. Paisa ho toh aap apno ko sambal sakte jo warna apni ankho ke samane unke sapne churr hote dekhna padta hai. Apno ko bhukha nahi dekh sakte, bacche ki padhai adhura reh jaye sah nahi patey, khilauna nahi bacche ke pass, cycle nahi toh baki baccho se akela pad jata hai, bachpan me matured jo jate hai. Office ki salary kam pad jaye toh khud purana sa purana kapda pehen kar jaye dekh lo aajkal kardo se bhi izzat milna band hota hai.. Paisa bada dard deta hai
