Sometimes we think the meaning of change is that it will happen but it does not happen. Then you think that I am being asked to change, why should I change? If you want to remain mentally strong, then give your brain a signal that everything is not in your hands. So if something is not happening according to you, then there is no need to be upset. If you accept the change, then you will be mentally strong and nothing will affect you.
2. Accept that changes will come in life, but they will not be bigger than my ability- Accept that we all face problems in our lives. If you think that a person never cries then it is not so. But you do not have to panic due to problems. You understand that your troubles come to make you strong, not to make you weak. Understand that, I Have to control my brain, my brain will not control me. So don't worry about problems, increase your ability so much that you can handle problems.
3. Try to look good in everything- Try to think positive about everything. If you think positive about everything, then you can fight your problems and shun them away. Understand what happened is happened for good. If you see good in everything, then you are mentally strong.
4. Give time to yourself- Give yourself time to become mentally strong. Because for your peace of mind it is very important that you keep yourself good and your mind is right. Take out some time of the day for your productivity, do what you like. If you are making yourself Productive then you will become mentally strong.
5. Express your feelings- If you want to become mentally strong, then do not keep anything in your heart. A person who keeps things in their heart can never become mentally strong. If you express your feelings, then you are mentally strong.
