This land was supposed to be in SEZ category I suppose. Has the Land Clearance been obtained or is it the next Bubble as the ULC in Powai sir. Please clarify on press report as a lot of NEGATIVE stories have been going on. Have Land Stamp Duties been paid and who is the Legal company providing the CLEAR & MARKETABLE TITLE.

Hiranandini is a very costly project and inflated price. Panvel will definitely grow by leaps and bounds but paying the price after 10 years right now is foolish. There is no hospital in Hiranandini or nearby. Hiranandini project is far away from Panvel and it is impossible to daily travelling to CST. When at that price one can buy Just walking distance from Panvel ,why Hiranandini ? Hiranandini will be far away from upcoming railway station Of chouk and Mohape.
