Remember when people began seeing scary clowns lurking in various places? Yea, me too. Many more hobbyists are now building large octocopters than you think. - Just search YT, to see how much more common large drones really are. Just the sheer number being built at home now, means they are already everywhere around us. Also, police departments in just about every part of the U.S. operate drones. In cities, 24/7. Where I live (North Pontiac Michigan) the county sheriff's dept. flies them over every neighborhood, from right inside a patrol car, when they are investigating. I watched one recording video, and audio of a barking dog who's owner left him in their back yard in the cold for 3 hours, just last week., after another of my neighbors called to complain.
