Drone lost after flyover of Bald Eagle nest

Mavic Pro drone flyover bald eagle nest. I lost my drone at the end of this video. It was very cold and windy outside and my fingers were shaking so the video was not that great anyway but then trying to be all cinematic and do a flyaway shot I flew backwards into the top (105ft) of a nearby pine tree. No crash avoidance in reverse!
