I looked at another video. The prices run mid 200K to $375K, up to 2400 sq ft

@@Julianna76 That's not true ...Well sort of. Even thought prices are listed that way you have to include lot prices .At the four seasons at lakes of cane bay which is very close to Del Web, the lot prices run 20 K to 130 K and the 20K are few and far between That's what they add on, plus what every upgrades you wish to include .I'm heading to both places in 2 wks to check them out . realistically ur probably looking at 500K for around 2000 SQ FT
