Great information. I want to be SURE that both Khov Four Seasons at Lakes of Cane Bay - AND - Del Webb Charleston at Nexton BOTH allow you to fully fence in the perimeter of your back yard with an approved fence (most say 4 ft black metal fence). IS THAT CORRECT.? Do both communities have an indoor pool as of 2025?

Hello! Yes, both communities have an indoor pool. And yes, you can fully fence the backyard in BOTH communities - UNLESS you're directly on the water in Four Seasons. They don't allow fences on the water. Any non-water lot can have a fence.

Are there alligatgors in those lakes and moving water locations?

Any time you see water here, there's a possibility of alligators. Their preferred habitat, however, is creeks/marsh. The Four Seasons water is pretty clear and also slightly cooler because it's a natural spring, so the alligators tend not to like it as much. I've heard of only 1 or 2 sightings there over the last few years, and it's probably just because the alligator came through the underground pipes that connect all the Cane Bay waterways.

You seem very sweet. Your video topics are interesting. Just a suggestion, for some people you might be over explaining the obvious. For example, buying a new construction home and knowing the list prices do not include all the options. Sort of common knowledge…..

Hello! Well, what may seem to obvious to some isn't obvious to everyone. I talk to buyers every day and many of them don't realize how pricing works with new construction and they think the prices online are the final price or close to it. So, I like to over explain to make sure people understand everything as much as possible. Thanks for watching!
