Depends on your strongest team. If the class specific chips are at least purple that’s a start. You don’t 100% have to use diamonds to unlock a second setup, but it is less hectic swapping and switching them around to cater to different attack teams especially when doing PvP battles

Isn't better to upgrade chips only for main tank march? I mean iluse all missile and aocraft chips to upgrade tank chips?

Probably. I also do 3v3 arena so like to make those teams capable of winning their matchups when I take my A and B teams vs someone else’s B and C teams

Can you later use the purple with stars as food?

Yes once you have the yellow of the same type

@@pockettwos22 Ok but if you level up or ascend your purple chips and use a lot of chips to do that, will it be as effective to upgrade a legendary chip with this one very good purple chip than if you would have used all those chips separately?
