Living about an hour away, I understand Lumberton, NC was flooded about 2 years ago during Hurricane Matthew I believe where they got a lot of rain, and were still recovering from that. Is a lot of flat land around there from what it looks like to me. It appears some of this video is flooding along I-95 in Lumberton which is a major North-South interstate on the east coast. I remember a couple years ago driving south along I-95 a few months after the flood, and all of the furniture piled up along the interstate. So is very sad to see them going through this again.

Damn that hotel is wrecked! There's just too much water damage. I know it CAN be fixed but it's just so destroyed. All the walls on the lower floors are wrecked. Electric wires, sockets, everything messed up. Not to mention mold damage. I'm not sure if it's worth it to fix it it all it might just be better to build a new building!
