This is a wonderful video. Thank you so much. I'm 66 years old, never had much luck with R/C model airplanes in my teens and now enjoy flying very inexpensive (non-camera) LOS drones. I enjoy watching the drone as if it were a model airplane. I have yet to purchase and try an FPV drone. This video is so very informative and also most entertaining to watch. In all of the drone videos I've seen on KZbin, yours is the very first that recommends learning by LOS first, before trying to fly with the goggles. For me, knowing myself, that would be best. However, another viewer named 7passu commented how he or she found LOS more difficult and when they tried the goggles, they found it much easier - which adds to the interest in all of this. Different people find different aspects of the hobby which suit them the best. Putting everyone's ideas and commments together adds to the the richness of the experience and we can learn and try new things from each other's ideas. Thank you very much again for bringing all of your knowledge and experience to us. Liked and subscribed. Best wishes!

If/when you buy an FPV drone kit, don’t forget to plug your controller into a computer and run a drone simulator for many many hours first 😂

Great video, clear and understandable voice ! Tons of information and cool flight demonstration ! I have 3 DJI drones and want to do some FPV flying. So I’ve been watching all the fpv videos I can. Always come back to your videos, that are helping me make a decision. BTW great kids you have, gotta love the kids hanging out with dad, I remember those days .

LOS was always harder for me with a drone cause of the controls changing depending on direction and depth perception. First time I put goggles on I took off with ease and never went back. much easier

Great video. I am looking to get in FPV cine drones. Not sure if I should Invest in the new TinyGo v1.3 (4k, analog, ELRS) or the TinyHawk III Plus freestyle HD Is it worth it to invest in HD at this level? Can any cameras be added to the TinyHawk Freestyle for 4k video? Thanks again for the great channel and going into the level of detail and relevance that many others don't.

Hey great review! Thanks for the video. I'm trying to get myself into the fpv world and your videos are helping a lot on making a good choice for the first drone kit to buy. I was wondering if the radio in this kit would also be usable for simulators as you don't mention this in the video, when on other reviews you specified that. Thank you!

Got a question about the tinyhawk 3 vs. 3 plus... I had issues (older eyes) with the v3 goggles as I couldn't bring them out far enough so was blurry to me... Does the 3 plus goggles do anything to help this ? - much thanks....

What flight time can you get from one LiPo ? In your clips the flight time seemed to be less than two minutes. I also noticed that the goggles image had a lot of pixels flickering. Is that a HD Zero issue as I haven't noticed anything like that on my "old" analogue version of the Tinyhawk III.

What’s the minimal voltage where you should stop the flight on a 1s like that?
@dronecamps Жыл бұрын
3.8v
@vertigo2893 Жыл бұрын
@@dronecamps whut? Maybe you misread the question, but you shouldnt stop at 3.8!. 3.2V in flight is where you should end it, batteries should recover to 3.5-ish after disarming.

I just can't recommend a ready to fly kit like this with goggles that have so many performance and possibly vision issues depending on the person wearing it. The radio and whoop is cool though
