Its a Wacom Cintiq, but you can use any other tablet hooked to a computer and using the computer monitor. The software is Adobe illustrator.

That is tech pack sheet, the tech pack sheet contains all details such as print, color code, technical fit of garments. All use different software. I think you can try tech packer it is an open cloud software.

+Enrique Medrano First sketch on Adobe Photoshop then vector draw the design on Adobe Illustrator. There are of course other alternative softwares.

Danth1 It's done in China during the garment production. They just email their designs to their suppliers there.

You have to find the right supplier/maker for you first. I'm planning on starting my own as well so my dad recommended that I check globalsources.com. I registered my email earlier and was able to download the pdf magazine of Fashion apparels and stuff. :) Don't worry, it's legit. My dad uses that website for his business.
