I have a really Important Question and that is my Boards score were in 70's due to medical emergency and due to that i could not perform well in ipm as well I scored 97 marks from 1 months preparations for ipmat( I'm a Non maths Student ) So i was considering a partial drop for ipmat and problem is for that i am enrolling in a Tier 3 college so should i take this college or prefer a better one but then i wont be able to prepare for ipmat

Go for the better college. And try to prepare for IPMAT even if it's difficult to manage along with the college. If you crack it then well and good and if not still you have an above average college

idk if you should take a drop or not as that should be your decision ,also symbiosis is good enough for undergrad you can do really good things in post grad too. As for improving speaking skills just try to watch movies or whatever you do in English; try to read books ,newspaper ,articles and lastly practice speaking in the mirror to yourself as that will help you rectify mistakes and gain confidence, if you wanna improve your grammar basics wren and martin is a really good book and you can find many videos online too. So don't worry too much as speaking skills improve gradually but it is not hard to do at all. All the best :)

That's something tricky and you have to decide on your own based on your own calibre. Although I would proscribe taking full drop, instead of you want to then you can go for partial drop
