Madam there are seperate type of taxis called the yellow black for local goans and for them to be identified by people like you they are specially coloured in yellow and black the rest are all tourist taxis . So when these driver's was coming 2 pick up their guest these south goa driver's was creating big drama n they have 2 go back without pick up n now they r doing same they also had same problem saying we have all goa permit so why not? 1 solution 4 all (any taxi goa permit can pick up from anywhere if any1 create problem arrest him)
