🎣 DROP SHOT RIG for Beginners

Here is a small WIDE GAP hook held on a swivel specially designed to present your lure effectively in a DROP SHOT rig.
For a simple presentation, we opted for a very small leader but nothing prevents you from attaching a 60 or 80 cm leader between the swivel and your pencil lead with a knot every 20 cm to prospect at different depths knowing that in this technique the pencil lead drags on the bottom.
You can also vary the activities depending on the season.
Also locate the marked spots: submerged tree, false flats behind a rock, bridge piers, etc... and persist in the spot.
You will be able to explore your positions at different depths in an insistent manner, which will provoke an attack reaction from a perch, a zander or a bass irritated by the repetitive passage of the lure.
With this type of lead, the stopping knot has no other function than to block it, thus avoiding loss of sinker.
