I do my best to learn all the laws, but at the end of the day we are hunters not lawyers. I hope you guys/gals give us the benefit of the doubt when you see us doing something wrong. If it's beyond the ears it should be 15". This was a much easier way to understand the regulations. Thank you Mrs. Pam.
