I like that you teach us how to use dissonance to make the riff sound more evil and heavier. Would love more lessons on this sir -- I love using drop tunings and there's really not a lot of lessons on how to use them effectively for songwriting and riff creation.

Just a question. I thought if I was to downtune all the strings that is just a downtuning. But when we use the term: 'drop' - that means only the low E string goes even lower by a whole step. Ex: Drop D is when all the other strings are on standard tuning , but the low E string is tuned down to D.
