Just had a very similar issue and found myself with one of these bridges as well. Those left knife-edges are super unusual, had to get on and make sure I had all the parts. Also, Love your shirt, man! Played a show with Iron Kingdom in Portland OR several years back!

I love floyds, mostly for the tuning stability and they are comfy under the palm, but I really wish someone would make a quality replacement with wider intonation range. I built a 7 string with a floyd and drilled the post holes as far back as possible to maximise intonation range. I put the high e when saddle is fully forward equal to the scale length, since that will be the shortest string and shouldnt ever need to be shorter than the scale length (unless you want to tune up which I have never done). Even then, the low string is close to the back of the intonation range. Most guitars I’ve ever had, the bridge is positioned so that the high string is correctly intonated when in the middle of the intonation range, which just wastes half the range of the bridge. There must be a lot of guitars out there, especially 7+ strings that will need that extra range, that have unintonatable low strings. I think its worth re-drilling, if your drill press is deep enough to fit the guitar under it.

Well, I have another vid about this coming at some point. Which is funny you should mentioned that, cause I put a Yamaha bridge on it, that has 3 intonation screw holes, and seems to solve the problem you mentioned. But yeah, most only have the 2. I think this is the only time this has happened to me, but now that you mention is, looking at my 7 string, the Low B is way farther back than the High E and that low b is pretty much as far back as it can go.

Wiggling studs is one big cause og tuning problems!! I use plumbers tape to tighten things up, it's a simple great fix. FWIW

Hmm, I kind of figured once they are under tension they should be good, but if this is the case, then yeah, I should look into that next I'm I have that axe under the knife.

Plugging the holes to move the bridge an 1/8” seems ridiculous. They should Just machine some of the mounting screw heads an 1/8” bigger so it moves the bridge back. Send both sets of screws with the product

Yeah eh, to be fair, It's not a 1to1 replacement. The guitar is routed for the low pro bridge. In a future vid, I'll be putting this bridge on a guitar that originally had the same time, and it fit fine.
