Yeah you can call me cynical, but again, my opinion based on personal experience is "relevant authorities" are only interested in maximizing profit, minimizing effort so they will sit by the road with their speed cameras or check fuel gauges to fine easy victims but not go after other kinds of offenders that require more investigation unless they absolutely have to (e.g. boss' orders).

Not sure how to check but I highly doubt it. Most law enforcement in various parts of the world but especially this part of the world are only interested in low hanging fruit to fulfill the KPIs of their job (like issuing parking tickets, sitting with a camera to get anyone going even a little over the speed limit) or if it's something/someone that the public REALLY are up in arms about and/or offended someone higher up in power (like the various people who didn't wear masks when they were supposed to).

Since a foreign number plate and not a local KL or Selangor plate. Most probably a foreign trying to figure how to get into the hotel car patk. Its normal for first timer to find entrance cat park to KL buildings buildings and not helping a Bus just exited out of thr Building. Is it Bus or Car entrance? I was already "patient and gracious" in the first half of the video by trying to sidestep. I didn't roll up honking right off the bat. It's this mentality of over tolerance that encourages people to behave like idiots because they keep F-ing around, but they never find out. So they're going to keep doing it. And they're going to keep getting worse because nobody wants to do anything for patience's sake, so there's nothing to disincentivize their behavior. Think about when a kid didn't do their homework. If the only "punishment" they get is their teachers and parents shaking their head and not even verballing telling them off, guess what they're going to keep doing...

There is a relevant video of what you described that I need to drop... straight out of Damansara Uptown in KL. But I'll say this first: Malaysia is way more car-centric in comparison to Singapore and the price of that is double parking as a result of congestion and difficulty of finding a spot. I find it acceptable as long as: 1) whoever double-parked (or parked inappropriately to obstruct another car) comes out of whichever business they were dropping by if they heard honks from the outside to check if their vehicle is obstructing someone else's 2) the business owner ask their customers if they have a car double-parked somewhere to obstruct someone, if prolonged honking is heard 3) the double-parked vehicle owner leaves their number on the dash so the person being obstructed can call them to move their vehicle when it is time.

IMHO- Cam car has rather poor observance in his driving skill, first the car on stationery mode is quite obvious from a distance, and the single middle line allowed you to overtake, second you started to overtake when the coach turned out to road before you, third you already displayed your gentlemen manner by waiting, why you ended gave up your manner by throwing horns and irritated the lady driver and other drivers around you. Perhaps cam car should polish your observation and the EQ skill before complaint here..I bet you have stop by side of lane too in your driving lifetime. The only problem I see in this video is the lady driver didn’t displayed her hazard light signal to alert other road users, that’s an oversight and poorer in observation more than being inconsiderate.

There's an empty waiting area literally next to where the VW was parked (where the bus came out from). "Impatient" - this person was given 3 chances: My light honk at first, my initial attempt to just drive around (before the bus came out), and after the bus came out. The honks dropped when the bus cleared and it became clear this moron was NOT planning to move - proven by how their brake lights came on before driving off (AKA car was in park). Also I've held driving licenses from FIVE countries across America, Asia and Europe. European drivers are more predictable and there's a higher ratio of skilled drivers on the road (at least in the DACH and Nordic areas) but they have their own breed. of idiots (passive aggressive). You can stop being patronizing because I've lived and driven in Europe literally over 100X as long as your 2 week vacation there. Also learn what an "air horn" is. That's not what an air horn sounds like. Not even close.
