This demonstrated just how hard CC is .. you guys can board, yet you all made an undignified slip n slide on the butt entry .. it also showed just how steep it is once you're in there. I'd love to have the ability to do CC .. but I accept my fate as one of the guys that will stand at the top in awe of those that give it a go.

You guys should be so thankful for the mountains and the snow you have!!! And you should be so thankful to all the skiers and borders who came before you!!! You live the high life because people did the things that you have built on. I not saying you have done a lot.. But just remember the people who came before you! I live in Wisconsin, I never had the money or the time to do the things you do. We could not go out and get a camera and put it on the net like you can. I am not saying you have not done alot. You have opened doors for alot of people to slide like you do. But there are alot of older people who bashed our bodies down ski hills and saw nothing for it. I was there when snowbords just got to Wisconsin, It passed me by like a flash. I did not have the money to buy a new way to ski! I love all you guys do! It looks like so much fun. Hell, I come from a time when a skateboard was a meatel skate and a wooden board! I was in heaven when I got a plastic deck skateboard!!! And I was over 18 at the time!..... I just want you to remember alot of people came before you and we watch your videos and wish we could do the things you do now. I burn to just slide down a hill do wild tricks..... it would be sooo cool. Just remember we are looking and wishing we could too... Keep evolving, grow the sport! Take lots of videos and pictures. Just remember, more people will come after you. Show them how to do it. So they can show more....it will never end, and you are be a part of it..... Be safe, and have fun......

I'd only drop it if it were pow. Makes it so much more enjoyable. I dropped into a rock wall lined chute at Whistler. It was a varying width of 8-16 feet. All ice! Biggest mistake I ever made riding, not fun at all. But when there's actually snow, it's one of the most fun experiences I've ever had snowboarding.

The most humbling experience snowboarding was standing there looking at Corvet's !!!!! so steep and the entrance is no joke, lucky if you can ride in, jumping in is just insane!!
@Merkwuuurdigliebe3 жыл бұрын
I'm curious, Jackson locals; is Corbet's like this for the majority of the season? Like, obviously on a big pow day id imagine the entrance becomes more rideable but does it get scraped off really quickly? In most of the footage I've seen of Jackson its dumping like crazy and people are just sending Corbet's rather comfortably. As opposed to this video, which has really good, first person angles of the entrance totally tracked out. Like I dont even think I could sidestep this (I ski)... its a straightline to jump turn or slide on your ass situation. Looks terrifying.
