Ebay only approves dropshipping from wholesalers not retailers like target and Walmart. You would get banned I'm told. Also even if could why would someone pay inflated price lising on ebay instead of going to Walmart cheaper? I'm confused.

Out of all of those transactions, maybe 100 buyers have sent me a message asking me why their item came in a different box (I think it's actually much less than 100). Out of those 100 people, only about 50 followed up after I sent them an explanation and continued to complain about it. Yes, you are correct. I just looked it up. It is not permitted to dropship from ANY retailer on ebay. Must be a wholesaler. Now, some may argue that walmart is a wholesaler too. Doesn’t matter, because they are also a retailer.
