In 2004 Top Buzz 1 and 2 had departed from this central ground and Elliott Hall needed a high impact ride to replace them in 2004. That year he sublet to Shaw Wallis's impressively presented Fabbri Drop Zone freefall tower. Standing 130 feet tall it dominated many fairgrounds at the time and offered riders an intense uncontrolled freefall to the ground leaving them breathless at the bottom!
This was the second example of a Fabbri Freefall Tower - Raymond Codona presented his at Nottingham Goose Fair in 200 and 2001.
It was not the only tower ride at Goose Fair - James Mellors Big Ben Shot & Drop Tower was also present at this time.
Due to music rights the original sound has been replaced.
