What people need to realize is that there are a LOT of really talented people that never really make it big. This happens in every field from music to science and engineering. Being really good at what you do and being successful can sometimes be just do to timing, luck or 1-2 major events. So many people start companies that fail for not getting a life-saving loan or some other detail.
