First of all, we need to know what type of cancer it is, for which we do a biopsy test.

The grade tells us how fast cancer cells can spread and how many changes have occurred in that cancer cell so far.
2:08 What does the stage represent?
The stage tells us how much cancer has spread around the other organs.
Treatment of cancer depends on the grade, for example, if the cancer is in an early stage then it can be treated endoscopically.
But if the early cancer grade is high then we have to do a proper surgery.
