You have a wealth of information and I’m sure I speak for so many Chiro’s who feel slightly stuck with their knowledge, skills, palpation, X-ray reading etc who would be able to take their treat of patients to the next level with your guidance! It's always crazy to me when he says "ten thousand steps per day". I'm doing well if I get ten thousand steps in a week. The only time I've managed to get ten thousand steps in a single day was when I went to Epcot and walked around the park for six hours, and even that was only around 11k. How on earth is the average office worker supposed to get ten thousand steps per day every day?
@dees31793 ай бұрын
Exactly. Once you add a couple of hours commuting each way and real life the time that 10000 takes is not realistic. At one time I used to be able to get off a bus a bit early and add some steps which helps. But there are only so many hours in the day and we have to be really selective how we spend them. Once you do eight or nine hours at work plus commuting…….

Vegetable and seed oils: - some of the most toxic foods in modern times Wheat : also toxic - anti-nutrients, pesticides that are extremely toxic in trace amounts. I would suggest: 1: avoiding the above "foods" 2: apple cider vinegar - detox and removing water retention / inflammation (diluted in water 1 tablespoon / cup of fluoride free water) 3: turmeric + black pepper + cayenne pepper + coconut oil or ghee (in cooking - add to your eggs) 4: Raw eggs! - amazing health remedies (eat alone) 5: Vitamin D: Daily sun exposure on skin and in eyes. 6: fermented foods: kimchi, apple cider vinegar 7: colon irrigation + medicinal clay + fibre: gut needs a clean out .

Do chiropractors work in collarbones or Sternoclavicular area? I had a “injury” a while back and experience neck pain and cramps. When I swallow it feels really uncomfortable especially when I’m sitting a specific way or laying on my back. When my neck muscles tighten I feel like it would cramp. Just asking because if they do I’ll go and see one because it’s been 6-7years I’ve had xray. Doctors. Sports docs all of them look at it and everyone says there’s nothing 😂. When your body is in pain or is compensating for areas that aren’t right, it tells you so I know there’s something wrong😅
