Hello Dr. I have watched this video before and learn something new every time. I have texted you several times and I am determined to do my best to attend your clinic. My problem is 1 my Dr is not in tune with chiropractic practice 2the cost of travel. 3 accommodation while attending the clinic. Hi Dr. Nalda (sorry if I have misspelled your name ). I have watched several of your videos and I’m very impressed with your methods. I am 91+ years of age, I am taking treatments with a chiropractor,but I’m not completely satisfied that he has the same methods of treatment s that describe. He uses the “punch “ instrument ,he stretches and turns my neck ,etc. I have been going twice a week now I’m to go once a week. I’m doing some exercises which he says are good ,but hasn’t offered any other exercises? I really wish I could attend your clinic but it is not possible I would need to travel by train because I can not sit in a plane I will keep watching your videos. To learn more about your clinic. That was me! At 40 I ended up in the ER due to severe pain for days without end. The dr gave me pain killers but said I need to see a chiropractor because of my crooked shoulders. I thought an acute cause made me have such pain, but it was the scoliosis the chiropractor discovered with an x-ray!

I was diagnosed at age 11. Mild curve...then due to other probs..no action for 6 months . When rechecked curve had progressed to severe...it was then called progressive idiopathic severe S curve. Upper curve was 45+ to my right and lower was about 35+. Cervical AND Lumbar were aligned..but still mild pain began...curves CONTINUED to progress slowly ! I was a female army nurse..and they insisted it would stop..they were wrong! Pain worsened as did both angles.. had 2 children and by age 50+ pain was BAD. NEUROSURGEON thought herniated disks and pinched nerves were prob . He did FUSION L1, L2, L3. After removing disks and making bigger nerve exit opening BUT NO STABILIZATION. Such a mistake ..and no follow up because it did make me pain free for 7+ years. Then boom...horrible pain etc .new Ortho surgeon..did x ray ..put it on desk screen and only words were: OH MY GOD..WHAT DID YOUR SURGEON DO! I LOOKED at folks and did not believe what I saw...the surgeon measured both curves: thoracic was 95 degrees and lumbar was over 116 degrees but due to the non human fusion identifying place to measure was hard!. I wish I had known you then. Perhaps the daily agony could have been reduced. .I have done bracing..epidurals..physical therapy..yoga but on last check curves slowly progressing by Rotation AND DISK PADS shrinking as well as slowly diminishing bone ! My balance. Ability to do normal activities like shower..wash hair. Drive are increasingly difficult ..pain is constant. And life bad. Every cervical spinal nerve damaged .most severely... But COSMETICALLY from front I look pretty normal Debbie

Thank you doctor for this video , i have a lumbar scoliosis 17° and a dorsal kyphosis , with a pain in my upper back which is mostly due to the kyphosis and not the scoliosis (i don't have a lumbar pain) What exercises should i do, and is there exercises for treating kyphosis cause the exercises i found on KZbin are all for scoliosis , how to reduce the pain without using Analgesic drugs ....

I have made several comments to your videos and I really appreciate your help. I have been going to a treatment clinic which I hoped would treat my condition in a more positive manner. That has not happened ,he has not changed his treatment since the first day. I would like to have some information as to the cost of your treatment. I live in Canada and can only travel by train as I can not sit for any length of time. How long would it be necessary for me to stay there for the initial assessment and treatment. ? I have a 45 degree curve,82 years age female ,I listen all your reports from Canada ,could you suggest some excersises and some body in Toronto Canada who does treat the condition (scoliosis) .I have not found any body yet for treatment as you treat .I will be waiting for your ansawer thank you

Is it possible to correct to any degree of an adult scoliosis I apparently have three curves in my spine and a50 degree curve. I’m having some treatments done which I don’t think are going to result in what I should be able to have. I’m 91+ years of age, in good health. And I don’t want to be like this the rest of my life if there is a possibility of some degree of repair. Thank you LK from Canada ❤❤😊😊

Very informative video! I am 55 and have scoliosis of about 20 degrees. I have ongoing pain in my groin mainly, but also lower back which comes and goes depending on what activities I've been doing. I have been going to a chiropractor since January and he said it could take up to a year before my symptoms disappear. Is this correct?

Already I am down to once a week and have not been given any specific exercises other than the ones I tell him I’m doing. Hi I was diagnosed with scoliosis 2 weeks ago and now I'm waiting to see a specialist in Newcastle in the uk I'm 47 and the doctor said I have a severe bend to the left between my ribs that's been causing breathing problems and chest pains since March I also have lower back pains and static pain in my butt cheek is this normal to never know you had this until this age and what would likely to be done as it feels like in having a heart attack every day all day ..

9am watched video - I'm just shy of 67 years old and have degenerative scoliosis due to traumatic injury in my 30's - do scoliosis exercises but don't seem to see a difference - wanted corrective sleeping brace but only prescribed for adolescents - I get that however if it helps correct shouldn't adults be able to get it as well as it may help - I am a subscriber idk why it says I'm not

I am 70 with Scoliosis the pain I get is because my muscles tighten up. I do stoop and in October I am having a total shoulder replacement as I’m bone on bone. A specialist I saw in the UK when I was in my 50’s told me to have deep massage to relieve the tightness, which is obvious temporary but it does help. Since I moved to France I can not find a physio who will do this, they are either protecting their hands or they tell me it will not do any good. May I have your opinion.

I have lots of pain and a massage therapist and I’m always trying to do my own PT. My scoliosis was 28° when I was 15 and now it’s 41° I see a chiropractor I do everything I can to fight it but it’s inevitable. It’s uncomfortable and I hate it.

My scoliosis is because before my birth I was breech and one leg came out and they pushed my leg back in and broke it. Several hours later after a cesarean procedure they found the break and I was in the hospital for six weeks. It was not a green stick break but a complete break. I wore braces for about three to four years but my legs are different lengths. I have flat back syndrome, I’m assuming from the scoliosis. Can anything be done now at age 68? They want to operate, spinal fusion, but how is that going to help? My legs will still be different lengths so will that help? I’m now on pain medication and would love to get off of those.

Can thoracic scoliosis cause pain in the ribs? I've been having chronic pain throughout my right side of my ribs. It's tender to the touch sometimes and sharp at the tip/front. It wraps around. I have juvenile thoracic scoliosis.

44 years old no pain and just found out I got it . Had it checked in school a bunch . Got in a car wreck one X-ray they said I was fine at hospital. Backs been hurting from wreck never had pain before . Go to chiropractor a week later get another x ray and my spine is crooked . He goes I had it since I was probably in middle school . Figures . Doctors are stupid .
