I have had a hard time broken the radial head neck if elbow and have been told I may not get it straightened and also have a disc in my back that they want to remove the surgery I really don’t want that as soon as I am able I will look back for comments and take you up on Pete able to come and see you I’m from Scotland UK

Hello Dr. Rahim, I have the exact same issues which she described. I'm 22 year old male and I have this right shoulder grinding. Since I corrected my desk setup for working my pain has been lesser, but I kinda have a nerd neck and snapping scapula. Please suggest me some remedies till I get a chance to visit you.
