Thanks for your input. Things I liked here is 1.lacking in English does mean you are dumb or not worth 2. Fake it till you make it. I strongly believe in it because you work harder to learn that particular subject where you had faked it in interview and it really works. 3. Dont avoid confident speaker where you feel your English is not fluent ...its difficult one especially when you know other person is Indian or from your circle.

That is a wrong philosophy to adopt in this case. Please Please Please don't fake confidence, confidence must come from competence and not the other way around. Get competent in your command of the language first, once you do that confidence will come automatically. Fake it till you make it is for when you have problems with "motivation" not when you're trying to "learn"

My humble opinion Mr.vignesh.. Download english news app in ur mobile.. Read daily whatever u see new word in it mark and google it. Make ur plan properly alteast 15 words a day... in theend of month you can learn more than 400 words it will help you very much in speaking thank you.
