Lise style discipline -Good sleep(7-8 hrs) Exercise, and be in good company. 2. Balanced food, non veg is not good, take more alkaline food (more vegetables) . 3. Stay positive. Strong connection of body and mind. With this type of diseases, We must have to stay positive ans stress free. Nothing is permanent. Make your story great and win this bettle, do not take stress. 4.All external medicine will make you dependable on them. This is your life, Do not surrender it to others. Use medicine for time being, take charge of your life, push your self, do yoga, stretching and other excersise. 5. Believe in GOD. Stay positive. Every challange come with opportunity, fight with this battle. It will definitely make you stronger and better person. Anyhow all of us are overcoming some challanges to become better. GOD have awarded us with strong challange and his plan is to make us best..

Thanx sir for such a informative video, sir mai 1 year phle HLA B 27 positive diagnose hua tha mere right ribs cage me last ribs me pache ke side pain rhta hai. tab se 3 rheumatologist change kar liye par aram nhi mill rha , ESR AND CRP normal hai , but exercise start krne ke 3 -4 day ke bad pain bahut jada bad jata hai fir continue nhi rakh pata , abhi mai entacept 50 mg le rha hu 6 week se par mujje koyi bhi relief nhi hai
