1) AS aur wight loss- AS ko accha control karke lo aur khane pe dhyan do. Agar low starch diet follow karte hoge to weight loss usase hota hai. Usame weight gain expect na karo. 2) Pehle rheumatologist se baat karo . AS control ho jata hai to pet ka problem bhi control me aata hai. Diet changes try kar sakta ho.

Very good information sir. But I would like to know that my crp level is always very low around 1 since I was diagnosed with AS in 2010 and even today AS is very active as I am facing severe stiffness in low back in SI joints. So, is it possible to have low crp level with active AS. Currently I am on biologics also. Kindly give reply as your answer is easy to understand. Thanks
