hi sir Greetings I was tested stool and serum tests for H.pylori both are normal, I have done OGD showing pangastritis D1-D2 deformed and multiple large duodenal ulcer , waiting for the biopsy report for H.pylori !! but stool and serum tests are negative how is acccurate biopsy along with other tests to find out h.pylori?? severe bloating and tidenesss and feeling dizziness.. i dont have loss of appitite but weight reduced 6 to 8 kg withing 3 months..

Sir ഞാൻകുവൈറ്റിൽആണ്. ഞാമെഡിക്കൽഎടുത്തപ്പോൾ. Stoolil പൊട്ടി. എനിക്ക് 5 ദിവസം കഴിക്കാനുള്ളtablet തന്നു. അത് കഴിച്ചു. വീണ്ടും test ചയ്തു. ശരിയായില്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ7ദിവസത്തിനുള്ള tablet തന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. എനിക്ക് ആശയത്തിൽഅൽസറുണ്ട്. അത്കാരണമാണോമലത്തിൽcomblaint.

Sir H. പൈലോറി അല്ലാതെ മറ്റു ഏതെങ്കിലും ബാക്ടീരിയ ഗ്യാസ്ട്രൈറ്റിസ് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് ഉണ്ടോ എനിക്ക് 2020 സെപ്റ്റംബർ എൻഡോസ്കോപ്പി ചയ്തു അതിൽ (Antrum - Inflamed with multiple erosion ) പിന്നെ 2021 സെപ്റ്റംബറിലും എൻഡോസ്കോപ്പി ചെയ്തു അതിൽ (Antrum - Appeared mildly inflamed ), RUT negative in both test, all other blood tests (CRP, ANA, LFT, RFT, CBC, ESR, TFT are normal)

Hi doctor Ente age 24 Enik 2 വർഷത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആയി തന്നെ ഗ്യാസും aciditiyum ഉണ്ട്. ഇപ്പൊൾ വയർ ചുട്ടു പൊള്ളുന്നത് പോലെ എരിച്ചിൽ... തൊണ്ട വരെ ഒരു എരിച്ചിൽ അനുഭവപ്പെടും. ചിലപ്പോൾ ശ്വാസം മുട്ടലും പോലെ ഉണ്ട്. പിന്നെ വയറിൽ എന്തോ വിരയുടെ ശബ്ദം പോലെ. മുമ്പ് എനിക് തൊണ്ടയിൽ തടയുന്ന പോലെയും ആഹാരം കഴിച്ചാൽ വീണ്ടും വിശപ്പ് ഉള്ളത് പോലെയും തോന്നിയിരുന്നു ഇപ്പൊ ഇല്ല. ഇപ്പൊ 3 4 ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് വയർ എരിച്ചിൽ ആണ്. ആഹരംകഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒക്കെ വയർ വീര്ക്കും എമ്പാക്കം ഒരുപാട് പോകുന്നു. വയർ വേദന, ക്ഷീണം, വിശപ്പ് ഇല്ലായ്മ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല. ഇതിനെ പേടിക്കണോ ഡോക്ടർ. ഒരു gastro കണ്ടിരുന്നു Tablets thannu കഴിക്കാൻ എങ്കിലും എനിക്കൊരു പേടി. ഈ പേടി കൊണ്ട് പഠിക്കാനും ഒന്നിനും ശ്രദ്ധിക്കാനും പറ്റുന്നില്ല Pls reply doctor Blood test ellaam cheythu Ella normal aanu
