I hope to meet you some day and convey my regards in person as well. Just to add a few things: 1. Take pre-op bite with articulating paper and record the occlusal points of opposing teeth with the tooth that needs to be filled. After filling replicate the occlusal scheme which was taken pre-op for more predictable results instead of trying to take the tooth out of occlusion during high-spot reduction or making your own occlusal contacts. 2. Pre-op and post-op pictures and radiographs help you analyze and improve. It will also show you deficiencies, caries that was not removed and overhangs if any. 3. Run the sharp end of your probe at the restoration-tooth* interface to be sure there is no ditching or dipping of the probe. This will prevent secondary caries and sensitivity at the same time. 4. All composites need soft start polymerization to reduce polymerization shrinkage. So make sure use those lights that have this feature. 5. Please everyone should learn multiple sectional matrix applications and use them to your advantage. 6. Do not expose the composite to LED illumination of your dental unit while condensing because it also starts polymeriation at some level causing it to harden and prevent proper condensation. (as Dr. Faizan just mentioned @12:40) 7. Try to give night-guard to patients with established bruxism to protect your restorations from the patient himself 🙃

I did a composite filling today. It was pit and fissure caries on 46. Jotting down what I did correctly and did'nt do/errors according to ur video. 1. Pits and fissures caries apparently but as I prepared the cavity, it went deep and deep and still caries were visible so i stopped preparing it further in a doubt that I might open the chamber.= dint completely remove the caries. 2. Etching done right. 3. Applied the bonding agent but dint irriatate it for few seconds. So this point was new for me. 4. After applying bonding, I did that trippple syring air thing right before curing. Myself donot know why I do that 😅 but yeah I do it every time. 5. Incremental placement of composite done right.

Hello Sir. I almost follow all the points you suggest and alhamdollillah i get problems related to composite filling very less. Only one point want to ask. Once I attended 3M cde they told that woodpecker lights are not as efficient as we want but i told them that they give intensity meter and i have checked and it provides the required intensity but they refused to accept and i use ivoclar along with my woodpecker light and it is working perfectly. So should i change my light unit or should i continue? And i am using ivoclar econom pack it is not as great as 3M and i want to shift to co. so should i go with shofu? And my last question was unanswered on implant wala video.
