Walking barefoot has huge health benefits that you just don't get with walking in shoes.
Your feet are incredible structures that holds your entire weight and very efficiently propel you forwards when you walk or run. Shoes unfortunately inhibit your feet’s full potential.
In this video I go through 5 reason why you should walk barefoot to improve your health!

I'm 48 and have gone barefoot as much as possible since I was a kid. I walk in the woods, fields, down gravel roads, on concrete. I only wear shoes when out in public, and in the winter. I'm barefoot so much that wearing shoes throws my balance off a bit

Hi. I live in Poland. For the second year in a row during the summer, I spend 75% of my time without shoes, and I don't intend to change that. Even the rain doesn't bother me. You just have to be careful where you walk and not have any foot conditions that should be consulted with a doctor as a priority. It's important to watch out for ungrounded electrical devices and cables because when we're barefoot, we act as conductors. Other than that, I recommend it. Freedom, health, and we magnetize ourselves by connecting with the Earth. Balance is the most important thing. It's still worth wearing shoes sometimes.

I have been barefoot for about 2 years now and find your video interesting . I can think of about 12 benefits to being barefoot, so of witch witch you mentioned. the first thing I noticed when I started was the overwhelming sense of joy and the in no particular order. the strengthening of the foot muscles including the archs, my chronic lower back pain gone, my repeated knee pains gone. lowering of blood pressure, elimination of gout symptoms. those are for me the main improvements but I know of others that have many different benefits

1 Strengthening our feet small muscles by getting them to be active instead of resting inside the shoes. 2 Allows our feet surface & toes to spreads out instead of cramping up inside the shoes. 3 Allows for more motions for the individual joints on our feet and get more stimulation to relay accurate message to our brain. 4 allows more feeling of sensations, stimulation, and sending accurate information to your brain. 5 Grounds you when you walk on different surfaces. If we are more charged, then we get to release those extra charges when you walk bare foot.

Excellent video. When I was 19yo I joined a karate club. Probably the greatest benefit, that I didn't realise at the time, was the strong feet that training developed. Now as I approach my 60's I run or walk barefoot parkruns the majority of the time. Best wishes Gary.

I discovered the benefits of going barefoot or minimalist shoes some time ago. I even workout with weights barefoot (knowing the risk of dropping them on feet) and achieved vastly better body balance and coordination. I am sure that our feet are part of the multifaceted system of proprioception.

I live in norway so of course it’s cold here but I walked berfoot for 4 years spring, summer, autumn and short distance in the winter. And I found out the it helps for pain management I can feel the temperature and texture on the ground but it’s not painful, It’s just there. Also I remember the textures I walked on when hanging with friends or other good memories which was new to me when I started it was and interesting experiences I can recommend. U might get sore at first but that passes it was all gone in about a month, I could walk everywhere from the city to the woods. Also u have to look where u walk this also becomes normal but I found it a good way to get out of my head and down to earth 😅😊 my foot also changed I got more space between my feet they got harder and thick skind I can run and jump in sharp stones and pin cones no problem. The way i walked also changed I could feel myself using different muscles all the way up to my core When I walk. So that was interesting 😊. Definitely something to try i recommend it

Walking barefoot enables our body to balance with planet Earth. It also discharges static electricity equal to planet Earth.

What if our feet actually are not beautifully designed. What if they're just adaptations from fins? Maybe "grounding" is like saying the we get vitamin D from the sun. Is grounding all we get from touching mother Earth? Is vitamin D all the benefit we get from the sun? Great content and thank you for it. Just extra bits to think about
