प्रेगनेंसी / गर्भावस्था को लेकर बहुत सारे सवाल महिलाओं के पास रहते है| गर्भावस्था में अपने और बच्चे का ख्याल कैसे रखे, जो भी शारीरिक बदलाव होने वाले है उसके बारे में कैसे जानकारी ले, गर्भावस्था के दौरान कैसे सावधान रहना चाहिए और होने वाले जो पिता है उन्हें भी क्या ख्याल रखना चाहिए इस प्रकार की सारी जानकारी देने की कोशिश डॉ. सुप्रिया पुराणिक इस वीडियो में करती है |
35 वा सप्ताह गर्भावस्था का महत्वपूर्ण सप्ताह है | इस हफ्ते तक बढ़ते वजन का ध्यान देना चाहिए अगर वजन हद से ज्यादा बढे तो carbohydrate की मात्रा कम कर देनी चाहिए, sweets की मात्रा कम कर देनी चाहिए | इस वीडियो में डॉ सुप्रिया पुराणिक बताती है की एक हफ्ते में कितना वजन बढ़ना चाहिए, एक महीने में कितना बढ़ना चाहिए, बढे वजन से माँ को कोनसी बीमारी हो सकती है आदि।
इसके अलावा डॉ बताती है की इस हफ्ते में शिशु की लम्बाई ज्यादा नहीं बढ़ती, उसका वजन ढाई किलो तक होता है, शिशु पूरा विकसित हो जाता है, उसके अंग अच्छे से काम करने चालू हो जाते है आदि | इसके बाद डॉ शिशु के अलग अलग हरकतों यानी की baby movements के बारे में बताती है |
इसके अलावा डॉ बहुत ही important group b streptococcus bacteria और इस से जुड़े test के बारे में बताती है जो की इस हफ्ते में याद से कराना चाहिए | ये bacteria शिशु के लिए जानलेवा बन सकता है | इसके अलावा डॉ vaginal ithching और infection के बारे में भी बताती है | अंत में वो daddy to be को सलाह देती है की वो भी baby के kicks ठीक से count करे, आदि |

Thank you very much mam. Mam I, Srimata Santra and my wife Sudipta Santra from West Bengal had been waching your week by week analysis of baby's development at mother's womb. Actually she had a miscarriage in the of July, 2020 at 35 weeks of pregnancy. She again conceived in the month of May last year and gave a baby girl on 02.01.2022 at Kolkata. Your step by step guidance really help us a lot. Mam, we both were very nervious about stillbirth since we experience the same last occassion. We followed your video at the begining of her conceived and follow the steps as mentioned by you like test to be conducted, scheduled of doctors appointment etc. As a result she gave birth a healthy baby girl at the 35 weeks of her pregnancy. The same problem has been happening with me. 😰😰 Doctor said to conduxt NST to take a record of baby's breathing and heartbeat. I don't know what to do. I am afraid that she might say to take out the baby before time through c-section. So I am confused as to do an NST or not.

Hello mam I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and I have been watching your videos since my conception. Thanks a lot for all your valuable suggestions and information. I have developed gestational diabetes since 5th month and taking cetapin XR 500 mg tablet twice a day. I have recently developed asthma as well and have difficulty in breathing and doctor has suggested to take inhaler till delivery. I am also obese. Do I have more chances of landing into c section. Normal or c section which is better in my case. Please advise.

It's impossible for my husband because he's very sensitive & soft heart man. So, he never cut✂ the umbilical cord. 🙂 Thanks ma'am
