With short cervix problem I carried my pregnancy for 8month, now want to prepare my body for normal delivery, hope this exercises will be helpful for me. Please pray for my little one.

Congratulations on your 8th month . Before you begin an exercise program, take advice from your gynecologist to make sure it's safe for you. Have a healthy pregnancy.
