If you do not have nutrition-related side effects from your cancer treatment that limit your ability to eat and/or digest food, you can follow a normal, healthy diet. Healthy Lifestyle is indeed The Holy Grail of Health. -Eating a healthy balanced diet (supplements cannot replace a healthy diet) -Drinking plenty of water -Exercising regularly -Getting good sleep -Not smoking -Reducing alcohol consumption -Getting a physical exam annually -Keeping your mental health in check It’s a fact… you cannot do much about your genetics, but you can make some Healthy Lifestyle Choices which will influence the longevity of your life and reduce the risk of getting sick. ♥️❤️♥️
