Dear..maine aapki baat smjhi hai.. I am dental student..aap ekbar doc ko dikhao jaake and X-ray karwao firse.. If in case any piece is left.. Then use nikalwana padega.. Bina nikale koi raasta nahi hai.. warna pain hote rahega or condition or b worse Ho sakti hai
