I’ve been untreated by a doctor in the middle of the frontalis. It gave me an uncomfortable pressure that caused a headache. I waited a week hoping it would go away. When I went back I asked to get injected and the pressure subsided. So I think the middle part may be important for some.

How does this compare to the 3 point injection technique at base of muscle? So the Corrugator lower and deep injecting upwards onto bone? Are you saying the corrugated injection in your technique is mid depth with a slight angle or 90 degrees?

I have a 30 year old patient who wants brow lift with botox. However, she has really weak frontalis on her own. - Should I do botox at her frontalis? Or only at orbicularis and corrugator? - Will she be at a risk of total loss of function of her frontalis after some botox treatments?

I was taught to put a dot at the the junction of the temporal fusion line where it meets the brow at the O.O., then dot down around the crows feet. Not at the arch of the brow. is that wrong? Or was her arch at the temporal fusion?
