My jaw angles used to be so narrow that even at very low body fat percentage I had no definition what so ever. In general, high gonial angle is more feminine while a low angle is more masculine.

Hi, do you also place the filler a bit under the bone or just at the lateral part of the bone for female? ( to achieve a slimmer face?)

For females it should be under, to help camouflage any jowling a little easier. The outside of the jaw would masculinise her. But behind the angle on the posterior side will help create a little more traction to give the illusion of a tighter jawline. Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim

That's what happened to me. Unfortunately, the injector seemed to be not enough educated how to inject females, so now I ended up masculinizing the front face, instead of fixing the asimetry in the right side of the bone 😢 Now, what are my options - basically the jaw looks better at sides, but terrible at front. I cannot find a good doctor to dissolve me in my country, cause I already went to the best plastic surgeon and he didn't wanted to dissolve the sides, only part of the chin he dissolve it, but when we tried to dissolve the middle part of it, I had to tell him to stop, cause I felt the needle wasn't inside the filler but in my muscle, so he didn't inject. And after that he injected the masseters with botox which idk if it gonna help much since my face is already rectangular enough and I think this will just make it even more rectangular 😒 What are my opinions now? To dissolve sides (even tho doctors here don't have experience with dissolving other areas than lips) or fill the lips with 1ml more - the filler is Juvederm btw. So, do what would u suggest me to do. I guess u r in USA, so I cannot come there to be fixed 😭

It's a potential risk for the patient over a lifetime with detecting breast cancers. The nodules you get from filler can look like cancers and this could lead to unnecessary surgery or missed cancers.

That happened to mine but the filler dissolved and I'm back to round ones now. It looked like I was on steroids from a beef eater from new Jersey. HAHA
