Ironman Motivation - All you need is an iron will

Thanks to NBC, Philip Glass and Sound System for getting me through my training. This is footage of the best Ironman finish in history (or maybe second best only to the Iron War.) Footage of the 2010 world championships. I watch this on my trainer. Good luck to all who are motivated by it.

8 years ago in 2013 this was my go-to video for motivation during my training for my first full IM distance. Now its 2021 and I’ve done 3 full IM distances. I’m thankfull for the opportunity, for the memories and the glory. I miss 2013.

It was a great day....had my best IM time...just under 10 hours. The overcast situation on the run was great....must have been 84 degrees or cooler on the run. Not too much wind except by Hawi. The swim sucked as the paddleboarders made it so bunched up at the beginning. Thought I was going to drown (and I am a pretty good swimmer). But it was a great day to do Kona. Love this video. Great day for Rinny and Macca

With expert, hi-priced coaching, you can refine your *TALENT* level by max 10%, no more. It's just as true in music as in athletics.
