Drug Wars Update

Crime Patrol and Crime Patrol 2 (Drug Wars) have both been tweaked and updated.
Now both titles allow two players, improved sprits and animation, added a few more randomization and added a few missing scenes and the missing ending.
Just a cool quality update.
This is running on the Hypseus Singe emulator.
Great work guys. Thank you I really enjoyed my full play-through.
