That ex addict that works in the program for the kids is truly a changed and determined man who wants to help others that are living the life he used to. Plus he is mentally the strongest person I’ve seen since he travels the streets looking for addicts to talk to them and encourage them to get help; keep in mind that they’re using right there and given how Pakistan is the easiest country to find high quality heroin for less than what a Big Mac cost. That temptation to use again is literally almost impossible to turn down, I can bet that 9/10 would take the offer. Yet this man faces it daily and keeps choosing life. Truly remarkable if you ask me.

heroin also isn't the real issue, opiates used correctly in the right dosage is very safe, its the the massive corruption across western elite establishments and there fact that they've prohibited drugs which that brings devastation and desperation, that's the real issue here, them children can buy any drug on the street without knowing the purity, had it be legal they wouldnt be able to use till they were 18 anyway and if they did become addicted as an adult then they would be clean drugs in safe dosages with clean needles. heroin is NOT the problem, the war on drugs is far more dangerous than heroin and just so you know, I'm a heroin addict for 4 years, I know what I'm talking about and have done masses of research on the subject of the war on drugs because of ,my situation, but I know about heroin personally and in a controlled environment the dangers are very limited, while at the moment there are masses of dangers because its so in controlled

Not over here anymore. Heroine is out here and all other opioids are on prescription only. Our main concern is GHB and speed in all forms. Cocaine is still in use but far too expensive for most. Especially GHB is a big problem over here. It is very cheap and one can make it at home easy. We also have the premiere in meth at the moment in Moerdijk. The police found a lab on an inland freighter of 86x9 meters (Dortmunder). First known in the world. The ship was even booby trapped because when the police started their investigation a pump was started remotely to sink the ship. Luckily the police found the pump in time and were able to stop it.

there must be... it's truly heartbreaking because hiv is a virus with a vicious talent. it has the ability to go latent in an infected host. so if these young men are using hiv positive needles and they contract the virus, it can appear asymptomatic and continue to do so for more than a decade. without knowing they even have it they can unknowingly pass it from person to person. in general it is devastating to see such young people addicted to this poison. makes me want to do anything in my power to help them...
