I want an advice from you sir.......on 16.3.2020 I had done one Impaction case after 3 days patient complaint of severe pain so I called her and irrigated the area with betadine and saline and curretage with periosteal and placed alveogyl paste there and sutured it ......for next three days she didn't even complained anything on 4 day again she started complaining severe pain and sensitivity ......I have given her alveogyl paste so that she can use it as dressing.......but till now she's complaining of pain and sensitivity.......during this phase I have given augmentin, metrogyl, zerodol sp, chymoral forte, dalacin c and ultracet but still she's complaining ...sir tell me when she's gonna stop complaining about this she's already doing Luke water garling 4 times a day........
