HI Shannon, please don't take my comment as a hate I don't hate you I really love you and you inspire me so much. But your pallets is not good I bought it and I bought the Carli's one Carli palette is so pigmented and easy to blend . But your is so chalky and hard to blend in fact I had to wet my brush to get a good pigmentation . I'm really surprised since the two pallets are produced by the same company but the formula is so bad. Sorry to say that but honestly I think they are offering the lip liner to encourage people to buy it . It's not your fault you didn't make it they did.

Maybe you got a dodgy pallette, contact BH! Mine is stunning, I use it more often than my ABH or inglot palettes, just has everything, the shimmer shades are to die for. Hit pan in two of my shades because I pretty much them daily 😂

Honestly I think Shannon's one is a thousand times better in my opinion 😳 maybe try to conceal your eyes and put powder on them then, it helps with blending:) I hope it helps! I had a bad time with Carlis as it just does not blend for me at all :(
