Ahhh love the vid Mell! I actually wanted to switch up my routine and decided to try the John Frieda curl creme (which is available in the UK, not sure about Canada) and the JF mousse in July and honestly my hair has been looking amazing! I love the big volume look for myself and can achieve it pretty well, especially cause the products are pretty lightweight. But my hair is dyed blonde and high porosity and not sure if the mousse has protein in it because I wanted a mousse with a lil protein.

I have experienced a lot of hair thinning at the crown lately and decided to try the JF mousse last week in the hope it would give my hair more volume at the root and help disguise my thinned hair. 🙈.
