I had a terrible accident in 2014, I was 50 and had my first accident when falling asleep at the wheel and I couldn't walk for 5 months so I almost started a KZbin channel for something to do. I never did because i dont like the way my voice sounds and I definitely felt like maybe needed more experience with makeup! Now i just wish there was a way to practice! You are a natural. I love how some of these drugstore options had glass bottles! What a nice feature! Emily, curious if you've ever tried dermaplaning? I really enjoy how it gets rid of that peach fuzz & it's such a great exfoliation! Skincare seems to sink in better & my face feels like a baby's butt!! lol!! And of course w/such a smooth base my makup goes on like a dream! I do it about once a month & the hair, in my experience doesn't grow back thicker or darker. Anyway, this was a fun idea! Hard to imagine there were products that have been around that you hadn't tried yet!!

ELF's powder blushes are some of my favorite. I love their quad blush palette. A super bargain with 4 different colors and finishes. Not a big fan of the putty blushes. Powder is where they do their best work.

I agree, I did not like the luminous putty blush from ELF, it was super dry and didn't blend well on my naturally dry skin and was splotchy. Was disappointed since everyone seems to like them 😢 I need to try their powder blushes.

Oh the lip products look amazing!!! Sometimes I hate when nudes look yellow or also red. This (on my phone anyway) looks just right. I have purple lips and some nudes just look yellow on me. This is lovely!!

Your look today, or I should say, the way you applied it, reminded me of the very first video I watched of you several years ago. I think my mouth was wide open cause I was so surprised that you applied more than one color in the crease and also on the lid. I thought, oh wow, so that’s how people achieve those beautiful looks these days. I hadn’t worn make up for many years, and when I did, I always just used one shade in the crease and one on the lid, or even just the same shade on both places. And I had never seen anyone use brushes before, only the sponge tips that came with the shadows. You totally changed the game for me!

The only products I’ve tried in this video are the highlighter, the mascara, & the NYX lip color. The highlighter & mascara are absolute favorites while the lip color is just okay in my opinion. The Revlon prismatic bronzer and highlighters are lovely. The Revlon bronzer is very similar to the nabla skin bronzing bronzer. And the Revlon highlighter is very similar to the nabla skin glazing highlighter and the Mac extra dimension skinfinish especially the shades (whisper if gilt and double gleam) formula and shades.

Yes!! And everything else from elf was about a dollar no more than $3-$5!!! I get the protein bowl too from taco bell!! Taco Bell is soo good!! I’ve tried the elf blushes that are like that and I like it but don’t love it. When I blend it out it makes my foundation patchy/ removes it!!

I have oily skin and I was so annoyed at getting shiny I bought the relove foundation and a primer from the same line, it works amazing for me. It last a full work shift with no annoying shine. I've not used anything else since I found it and have a giant collection lol so that's saying something. I never thought it would work but I love it.

Got some samples of the primer, and it is pretty good. I like that it gives a bit of moisture but dries down well. Especially good when I’m rushing. Busy day today and brush washing on the agenda too! Finally picked up the Sephora 56 during the sale so she’s getting cleaned. Can’t wait to try it out. Like size and density but still a bit soft.
