Wow that was a great video. I couldn’t tell a difference ! That really makes me think do I really need to be paying the high end prices at all. In the outdoor shots both sides looked great. And after 10hrs I think the drugstore side looked a little better. Such a quality video and in the current ‘cost of living’ crisis around the world so great that you have demonstrated to us we can spend less and still produce a high quality makeup look. You look beautiful! The only high end make up I’ve bought is CT flawless powder. Some drugstore winners that I have to try are the Elf glitter, it’s so pretty on your eyes, and the Morphe blush….love that color! And at 59 I need a liquid blush. Merry Christmas!

Wow Carmel, this was an eye opening video!! Thank you so much, the make up was such an amazing match, almost undetectable as to which side was drugstore and which was high end. I felt the only slight difference was the eyeshadow colour on the mobile lid!! Loved this video Carmel and the overall make up look. It’s a really nice little palette! I will say it’s a bit dusty & the mattes are not the most smooth..but for the price it’s great! Using the eyeshadow primer will have helped a lot! 🩷

@ I bought a Natasha Denona mini in the sale. I have just the two minis in my whole eyeshadow collection and some Lisa Eldridge liquid eyeshadows. Show do me now. I was shocked though I spent £69 total on Natasha denona ( bought the powder foundation- risky!) and it’s £10 p&p !

I'm super impressed by the drugstore side. I didn't see much of a difference with the high-end one (I won't say anything about the eyeshadow because I have singles that are as good as UD in terms of sparkliness and cost maybe 1/3 of the price) except maybe the blush that looks more pigmented. Can you give me your feedback on the essence mascara? I've tried the Lash Princess one based on your mascara comparison video but I can't stand it (extremely dry and I just opened it, too much product on the wand) I'm ready to give one last chance to Essence 😂 Thank you for helping our wallets. @@TraXs. Ah, I totally get what you mean about the green one! Honestly, that wasn’t really a ‘best of mascaras’ video but more of a big test to see how everything performed. And Essence mascaras can definitely be a bit inconsistent- I’ve noticed that for sure! My green one actually became more wet & clumpy over time and now I hardly ever reach for it 😫 However the Lash Out Loud has been great, I wore it for 12 hours on Christmas Day and it stayed looking fab the whole time! Thank you so much for your kind words, it means so much to me! I’m genuinely so grateful that you’re here ☺️💜
