Thanks for the tips - very good! I use traditional grip for rim shots. Seems more "natural," at least for me. One of the benefits of playing drums: good exercise, especially with double bass (Quadrant 4 is great for a good workout :)). I find stretching knees and elbows helpful before playing; may help prevent injury. Looking forward to leg techniques. My left leg does get tired on a fast double bass drum beat, so any tips for that would be awesome - thanks!
